If you need a spare bedroom, we can partition off a room and install a door. Keep in mind, most township codes require an egress window now less then 5.7 square feet or about 30” x 48”.
Chances are you will need an egress window to meet code. We use Steelway Cellar Doors to install our doors and windows. That’s all they do and it’s done in a day. They use concrete wells and stairs which get sealed and bolted you your existing foundation wall after they make the cut.
