Comments: After going through 8 different contractors to get quotes I went on home advisor and saw that they had great rating. I filled out the form and Bob called me within 20 minutes. He was out the next day and gave me a quote within 24 hours. His communication skills are 10/5. He always picks his phone up and or will text you right back. His work has been fantastic. He is quick and pays attention to the details. My wife and I are very happy with our new basement. We have Bob doing other work for us. His prices are very reasonable and doesn't nickel and dime you on everything. He does a lot of the work himself but the stuff he outsources is managed and the people he brings in are great and affordable too. All and All I will be a customer for life.

Comments: Bob and his team were great. We were very happy. He stayed on schedule and finished when he said he would. Very reasonible with changes. Bob puts care into the project as if it were his own home. The transformation of the basement looks amazing.

Comments: We are so happy with our basement remodel. Bob and his team just did an excellent job from beginning to end. We had made quite a few changes during our renovation and Bob was very understanding and helpful during the process. He is honest, reliable and prices the job fairly. His workmanship is that of a true professional. We will recommend him to all our family and friends.

Comments: Stop your search now and just hire Bob and his team. We are so happy with how our basement turned out and cannot wait to get down there and host friends and family. You cannot beat the pricing, professionalism, communication, and quality of work offered by Suburban General Contractors. You can see that he takes pride in his work. Bob provided regular updates throughout the job. Work was done on time. Bob exceeded our expectations. The basement looks great! I have already recommended him to family and friends.

Comments: Suburban Contractors were very professional from start to finish. The timeline they gave me was right on point and the workers kept a clean work site. They were dependable, friendly and the price was fair and competitive. Any questions or concerns I conveyed via e-mail were answered in a timely manner. I had a small problem after the project was completed and paid in full and Bob stopped back within a few days and took care of it. I would not hesitate to call them for any future projects. I love my "new" bathroom and bedroom!

Comments: Bob was very professional in dealing with my project of installing a closet in my spare bedroom. He worked with me to make the finished project fit my specifications as much as he could with the space he had to work with. I was especially happy with the bifold doors he put on the closet which were a special order.
